Mr. Manukyan was previously an Associate at Kingswood Capital, where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.

Before Kingswood, Mr. Manukyan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industries Group at UBS, where he worked on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings.

Mr. Manukyan earned a Master’s in Finance from Vanderbilt Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine.
