Mr. Sehrawat was previously an Analyst on the Investment Team at Phoenix Rising Investment Group where he evaluated growth capital, structured equity and special situations investment opportunities. Prior to his time at Phoenix Rising Investment Group, Mr. Sehrawat was an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A group at BMO Capital Markets where he worked on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and recapitalizations across multiple industries.

Mr. Sehrawat received his B.S. from Columbia University.
