Prior to joining Staple Street Capital, Mr. Boswell had multiple executive transformation roles at Breakthru Beverage Group, where he led the company's route-to-market transformation, spearheaded its enterprise digital transformation, and scaled the company’s commercial technology platforms. During his eight-year tenure at Breakthru, he also served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, overseeing long-term planning, business development, and post-merger integration initiatives across the North American network.

Before Breakthru, Mike was a Director of Strategy for Wilton Brands, a private equity-owned consumer goods company, and a management consultant at PwC/Strategy& and the Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in commercial strategy and operational excellence. He began his career serving as a nuclear-qualified Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.

Mr. Boswell earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
