Scott Arnone
Operating Principal
Scott is an Operating Principal at Staple Street Capital. He is focused on optimizing and improving portfolio company operations to create value.
Prior to joining Staple Street Capital, Mr. Arnone was a Chief Transformation Officer at Zep, Inc. (a New Mountain Capital portfolio company) where he led the company through a successful turnaround, driving a global supply chain restructure and sales transformation. He was responsible for evaluating and implementing changes across the global supply chain, driving growth in the eCommerce platform, and setting the strategic roadmap for the individual business units.
Before Zep, Inc., Mr. Arnone was the Head of Strategy for the $10B Danaher in-vitro diagnostic platform and, prior to that, the Head of Strategy and M&A for the $6B Thermo Fisher Scientific analytical instrument platform. Previously he spent four years at Bain and Company leading teams in strategy and operations across life sciences, industrial, and chemical industries.
Mr. Arnone earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Business) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
