Prior to joining Staple Street Capital, Mr. Franklin was an Associate at Blackstreet Capital Management where his primary responsibilities included the evaluation, execution and monitoring of complex and special situation transactions across a variety of industries including food & beverage, manufacturing, and business services.

Prior to Blackstreet, Mr. Franklin worked as a Senior Analyst for American International Group (“AIG”) in their Financial Services and Investments – Business Strategy group. While at AIG, Mr. Franklin was involved with a variety of transactions within the group, including restructurings. Mr. Franklin started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Franklin received his B.A. from Georgetown University.
