Mr. Hetzel was previously an associate at CIT Bank in its Sponsor Finance Group where he was responsible for originating and underwriting senior debt offerings for Private Equity-backed transactions across a wide variety of industries.

Mr. Hetzel received his B.A. from Boston College.
