Mr. Zukoff was previously an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A and Restructuring Group at Moelis & Company where he worked on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and recapitalizations.

Mr. Zukoff received his B.A. from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
